When the company's founder went on a bike ride and figured he could make a better bar than the one he was eating, CLIF was born, and now provides nutritious snacks for outdoor excursions. One of its newest products, the CLIF CRUNCH, was donated to many state parks to encourage visitors to come out.

Coca-Cola Refreshments has been a world leader in soft drinks since its inception, and “[strives] to refresh the world” with its more than 500 different sparkling and still brands. With multiple campaigns including “Reforest California” and “Preserve Our Parks”, Coca-Cola has donated almost two million dollars to California State Parks since 2009.

FARMER JOHN® has been providing high quality products to the entire Southern California region, including the world-renown Dodger Dog, since 1931. In its 75th year of service, Geico has been covering Americans with insurance for everything from motorcycles to identity theft to homes. The company's recent campaign to raise awareness of RV and camping opportunities provided millions of guides to state park visitors.

Honest Tea

Honest Tea

Founded in 1998, Honest Tea has been out to promote delicious and healthy beverages for all walks of life. The “Bag to Tree” program in 2011 resulted in 50,000 new trees being planted, as well as the widespread distribution of eco-friendly reusable grocery bags.

The North Face

The North Face

The North Face has been committed to encouraging outdoor participation and exploration for over 40 years. The “Explore Your Parks” program encourages people to get outside by offering them a free pass and guide to a state park with purchase and celebrates parks in support of the "Let’s Move" campaign by hosting events in seven parks in 2011.

For the past 25 years, Odwalla has produced fresh fruit juice under three principles: “Make great juice,” “Do good things for the community,” and “Build a business with heart.” In addition to making great juice, smoothies, and bars, its partnership with state parks has resulted in more than 450,000 trees being planted in the last four years through its Plant A Tree program.

Stater Bros.

Stater Bros. is the largest privately-owned supermarket chain in Southern California, with 167 locations and more than 18,000 members of the Stater Bros. Supermarket Family. In celebration of its 75th Anniversary in 2011, the company partnered with Coca-Cola on the “Preserve Our Parks” campaign, which raised over $715,000 for California State Parks, bringing the total donations from Coca-Cola and Stater Bros. to almost $2 million.

Vons and Pavilions are divisions of Safeway, Inc., a Fortune 100 company and one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America. The supermarkets promote a broad range of charitable and community programs and are proud to partner with Coca-Cola Refreshments on the 2011 “So Cal Best Beach” program, which will allow shoppers to vote for the best state beach in Southern California, and award $50,000 in grants to the top 3 beaches.
