Happy New Year to every one. If your new year's Resolution is to get in shape, come out for our first hike program. At 2 pm at the activity shelter in the campground Ranger Goodwin will lead the hike. The first twenty get a pedometer and all that participate will get 10% off of hiking sticks at the park store.

We have had a great turnout for our Veterans Day Tribute. Around 300 just for the ceremony. Many more for Chinook tour and R/C Fly-in.

Disc golf, anyone? - GA
Fun for all ages, this sport is similar to regular golf and involves throwing Frisbee-style discs into metal baskets. The object of this game is to play a course from beginning to end, in the fewest number of throws of the disc.
