My favorite state park. The scenery is awesome. The hiking is great....Both easy and hard. The cottages are newly renovated and worth the money.

Don't push your Boston Terriers around the park on a baby carriage. It's just weird.

Disc golf, anyone? - GA

Fun for all ages, this sport is similar to regular golf and involves throwing Frisbee-style discs into metal baskets. The object of this game is to play a course from beginning to end, in the fewest number of throws of the disc. Our courses are located at Cloudland Canyon State Park, Fort Yargo State Park, Georgia Veterans State Park, and Richard B. Russell State Park.
